How can I place an order?

Egg & Dart Textiles accepts orders online and by telephone. When an order is complete, an email will be sent to you confirming your order.

 

What is your minimum order?

The minimum order is 2 yards pet pattern per colorway.

 

What happens if my product is on Backorder?

Egg & Dart Textiles will notify all customers if a product is backordered. If customer can wait, we will process and confirm backorder date. If customer cannot wait for Backorder, they can cancel order any time before shipment. *Please note – Backorders are subject to change.

 

Order Cancellations

If we can cancel the order before shipment from our mill, there will be a full refund. If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is issued. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to show on the payment method.

 

Do we offer measurements?

Egg & Dart Textiles cannot provide measurements for a project. We kindly recommend consulting with a professional.

Egg & Dart Textiles is not responsible for discrepancies between the estimator and what is actually needed for your project.

 

When will my order ship?

Our London warehouse cuts fabric on Thursday and ships weekly on Fridays.
